Tok Jewellers ships all packages with Australia Post. All packages are insured for the value of the order. We do NOT ship internationally.
All items are made to order and require 2 weeks for production and delivery.
Shipping is free on all items. All prices shown on the online store are in Australian Dollars.
Tok Jewellers packs every order with pride to ensure each item is securely and safely packaged.
Delivery times are 1-3 business days once dispatched. Please bear in mind that some delays may be expected due to COVID-19, weather conditions or access to rural areas
Once an order has been placed you will receive an automated confirmation email. We cannot change, remove or add items to your order. Before your order is sent, Tok Jewellers will email you your tracking information. If you do find evidence of tampering or damage on arrival, please notify us immediately via email and phone call.
Tok Jewellers will not release any information about you to any 3rd party marketing agency. We keep a hardcopy of every order placed as it is required by law and the Australian Taxation Office, this record includes your name, address, phone number, email address, alongside the ordered items and the value. The hardcopy is kept in safe keeping. After 7 years we destroy the hardcopy. We do also keep a digital (soft copy) of your details for future ordering reference and to maintain customer relations. If you do not want us to keep a digital copy of your personal details please notify us and we will remove you from our digital database.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions stated on this website, you must not attempt to transmit, upload, hack and/or send worms, bugs, trojans or any viruses of a destructive nature through this website. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your services and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You agree and understand that your personal information may be transferred unencrypted and involve various transmissions over various networks in order to translate that information to the technical requirements the networks and/or devices require in order to verify and complete a transaction.
Purchasing Payments Terms and Conditions:
Tok Jewellers accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge any fees when making a payment. All payments are made through the payment gateway for authorisation, this is safe and secure.
Changes to Pricing:
Tok Jewellers reserves the right to change the pricing of its products at any time for any reason.
Cancellation to orders:
Tok Jewellers reserves the right to cancel and refund any order they suspect as fraudulent. Any purchase found to be fraudulent will be reported to the bank and relevant authorities.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Tok Jewellers reserves the right to make necessary changes and updates to the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will be made to this page. It is your responsibility to read, understand and accept the terms and conditions. It is also your responsibility to check periodically for any changes made before proceeding to use the Tok Jewellers website.
Refunds and Exchange:
Tok Jewellers does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. We can only offer a refund or exchange if the product is deemed to be faulty. We reserve the right at our sole discretion for any item to be refunded or exchanged. Wear and tear items are not covered under warranty.
If the event a product is found to be faulty, you the consumer are responsible and liable for shipping the item back to Tok Jewellers or returning it in-store. Once we receive the item we will notify you to confirm we have it in our possession. We will very carefully inspect the item and determine if it is a genuine fault. If the item is faulty we will happily exchange the item or refund the full amount back to you the consumer, alongside any postage costs you have paid to send the item back to us. Please keep your postage receipt as we need a copy of this.
Tok Jewellers is not responsible or liable for any products that are damaged by you the consumer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund earrings unless the product does not comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Warranty for online orders:
For any items that are purchased online from Tok Jewellers, we offer a one year warranty which guarantees the quality of the craftsmanship and materials used. Accidental damage, abuse or wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty for custom orders:
For custom made jewellery, Tok Jewellers will warrant and guarantee the item for life. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or abuse to the item. If your item was repaired or polished through another jeweller, the warranty and guarantee automatically becomes void.
All information displayed on the Tok Jewellers website remains the intellectual property of Tok Jewellers solely, that is protected by Copyright. You may not copy, edit and amend any documents or information to render them suitable for your purposes. You must not sell or re-distribute any intellectual property of Tok Jewellers. Any person found infringing or breaching this contract will be held accountable and liable through the court of law, for any loss that we may sustain and we will hold you the person(s) in breach accountable and liable through any profits you may make from non-permitted use. The courts will determine the enforceability depending on the severity of the infringement and/or breach.
